Project Manager for a DBO project to procure a water metering and billing service of the non-domestic sector. This was a demonstration project and involved the preparation of Notes for Guidance for other local authorities in Ireland, on behalf of the DEHLG.

Project Manager and Technical Editor on a project to prepare a suite of Model Forms of Contract and Guidance Notes for Water Services to provide a mechanism for the recovery of water charges in accordance with the “polluter-pays” principle.
