  • Cork Greyhound Stadium, Curraheen Park, Cork
Project Manager and Design Team Leader for the Civil and Structural Engineering Design of a new Greyhound Stadium in Cork City for Bord na gCon. This £8.0m project involved the design of a new track, car parking and a new terraced bar/restaurant with a fully glazed façade and cantilevered roof canopy. The stadium opened to the public in April 2000.
  • Limerick Greyhound Stadium
Project Director (Civil & Structural Engineering) for the development of a new greyhound stadium to the west of Limerick City, involving stadium, offices, sand track and car parking. Commenced on site in May 2009. Value: €12m.
  • Clonmel Sludge Dryer
Project Manager on a DBO project to procure a sludge dryer for the Clonmel Wastewater Treatment Plant. Commenced on site in September 2009.
  • Cawdor Barracks, Brawdy, Royal Naval Air Force Base
Structural Engineer – A £7.0m (stg) “design and build” project to redevelop a Royal Naval Air Force Base into an Army Base for 14 Signal Regiment.
  • Long Island Access Improvements, Skull, Co.Cork
Project Manager and Principal Designer of a 30m extension to the quay wall on Long Island and repairs to the quay wall at Colla Harbour. These works were completed In May 2000 at a cost of £600,000.
  • N18/N19 Clonmoney - Dromoland Bridges 1 & 9
Project Manager for the preparation of Preliminary Reports for two new bridges over the proposed realignment of the N18 in Co. Clare.
